1. Who we are?

Novomins was founded in 2020 by a doctor & neuroscientist who decided to reshape the world of vitamins. Since then, we have become a B Corp certified, rapidly growing vitamin gummy company with the full adults’ and children’s ranges of delicious products.

2. Why gummies?

We were tired of the chunky pills and unpalatable powders and capsules that have been around on the vitamin market, so we set out to create delicious gummy alternatives.

3. Do Novomins Gummies contain Gelatin?

No. Novomins gummies are gelatin-free and instead are fibre pectin based. 

4. Can my children take Novomins Gummies?

Yes, they can. We have researched and developed a separate range of delicious gummies specifically formulated for daily children’s needs aged 3 and above. This range includes Magnesium, Kid’s Probiotic, Kid's Night Time Gummies, Iron, Vitamin D3, Calcium & Vitamin D3 & Kid’s Multivitamin Gummies!

5. Can I eat my gummies with food?

Yes, you can. You can consume your gummies at any time of the day, although we do recommend you take the Adults or Kid's NightTime gummies atleast 30 minutes before bed.

6. Where can I buy Novomins Gummies?

7. Are Novomins Gummies dairy/gluten/nut/ soy free?

Yes, yes, yes and yes!

8. Can I take multiple Novomins products at the same time?

Yes, you can! You can combine your gummies according to your personal nutritional needs to, helping you achieve your health goals. However, we do recommend consulting your doctor or physician if you have any concerns or doubts.

9. Can I take Novomins gummies whilst pregnant or breastfeeding?

We always recommend you speak to your doctor or physician before taking any supplements whilst pregnant or breastfeeding.

10. Is there sugar in Novomins gummies?

We offer two ranges of gummies, a regular range with less than 2g of sugar per serving and a sugar free range, clearly marked on the bottles. Unlike other gummies on the market, Novomins gummies do not contain any artificial sweeteners.

1. Do we use any chemicals in your gummies?

We’re proud to report that were Novomins gummies are all natural! All our flavours and colourings come directly from fruits and vegetables! 

2. Can I eat a few extra gummies per day?

Although you can use our products in combination, we would always recommend you stick to our recommended daily dosage. Should you have any concerns please contact your doctor or physician.

3. Where are Novomins Gummies made?

We are proud to tell you our Gummies are produced in the United Kingdom. We only use the finest ingredients that are sourced globally from the UK, America, Europe, India, and Asia. 

Shipping,Returns & Refunds

1. How do I return a product?

Products are eligible for return with in 14 days of purchase, if unopened. Just email us at: hello@novomins.com with your order number and we will help with your return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. How do I cancel or amend my order?

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours by our warehouse teams (all orders placed on Fridays, weekends and public holidays dispatched within 24 hours after the next working day). If for any reason you wish to cancel or make a change to your order we advise that you contact our customer care team on hello@novomins.com immediately after placing your order (Open from 9am to 5pm, Mon-Fri) we cannot guarantee that your order can always be cancelled or changed before it is dispatched. If you have placed an order in error and we cannot stop it being dispatched, we will issue a full refund or exchange if returned unopened within 14 days.

3. Where is my order?

Our warehouse is operating as normal, but deliveries may experience delays of 2-3 days due to the current situation impacting our delivery providers. Overseas orders may experience longer delays. Orders are normally dispatched within 12-24 hours (except for weekends and bank holidays) and we would ask that you wait 2-3 days for the order to arrive. In the unlikely and unfortunate event that your order is still not received within in this time frame please contact us at hello@novomins.com and we will check the tracking numbers, if the order has not been delivered we will arrange for a replacement as soon as
possible.

4. Can I view my order history?

Yes you can, if you have created an account, simply log in to your account.

5. How can I pay for my order?

We offer a variety of online payment methods that you can use to purchase your great quality vitamins and supplements. We accept the following: ApplePay, ClearPay, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Maestro and Amazon payments. When you go through to the checkout screen, you’ll be able to choose your chosen payment method.

Subscribe & Save

1. How do I create a subscription?

To create a subscription order, please click a 'subscribe and save' option when placing an order. Continue to checkout, enter your billing and shipping information and place the order as you would normally.

2. How do I cancel an order linked to a subscription?

If an order has been created linked to a subscription and you wish to cancel, please go to https://www.novomins.com/tools/recurring/get-subscription-access. For any further assistance with your account or subscriptions, please contact hello@novomins.com and we would be more than happy to help. Note subscriptions are processed daily, if you wish to cancel before an order goes in the mail, you must cancel before 10am.

3. How often do I receive my subscribe and save items?

Subscriptions are monthly on all products that are a 30 day supply. Your order is usually dispatched in time so that you receive it within 1-3 days the following month from your initial purchase. Weekends, can affect delivery, should you have concern about your delivery please contact hello@novomins.com.
